Ok, shoes not boots, but I wanted some alliteration and in any case he knocks the socks off many illustrators with a beautiful use of texture and a personal colour palette. I've been hanging on to this image for months and need to tidy my desktop, so may I present Andrew Bannecker, represented by CIA Illustration.
