This is 'House of Knowledge' by Jaume Plensa, as seen in Chatsworth as part of the Beyond Limits exhibition, kindly sent to me by Trina.It's an incredible sculpture that looms high above people, some 50 odd feet above, not that you can tell from this picture, also I believe the words are taken from a William Blake poem.
